What is SEO

There are plenty of good methods of internet marketing but SEO is one of the effective method. SEO means search engine optimization it is the process which is mainly used to advertise and promote the website in search engines. It is the most important part of internet marketing and now a days most of the companies are using this technique to promote his business on internet.In SEO we use different link building techniques to rank our website in search engines.

SEO consist of two parts :

1. On Page optimization

2. Off page optimization

On Page optimization: In On page optimization we work on the title tag, meta tag, meta description, content , link structure and sitemap of website. On page optimization is the important part of SEO. It helps in crawling of website. For better and fast SEO result we have to properly do On page optimization.

Off Page optimization: After On page optimization we work on Off page. In Off page optimization we make backlinks of our website with some anchor text (anchor text means keyword). For this we use different link building techniques like forum  posting, blog commenting,directory submission, social bookmarking etc. For better ranking and results we have to make quality backlinks of our website (Quality backlinks means those backlinks which comes from high PR and niche websites) because Google always gives priority to the quality and relevant backlinks.

Our entire SEO process is depend on these two methods and If we properly follow both the methods then we can achieve good ranking in search engines.
